I feel that since the teams I have been a part of so far are not operations teams, but rather support teams doing IT functions outside of the CNS sister company reach, it is frustrating and no task can be completed fully without the sister company assistance. Also lack of job security in support job

I am very blessed to call LG my employer, my family has benefited from the insurance coverage and EV charging and wonderful lunch

Apart from the comprehensive health care, being able to charge my car on site is a big plus for our family.

I love finishing a task, writing good emails that initiate the response I need, and working out with my coworkers during lunch break

I enjoy exercising during lunch time with a few coworkers, but I am most happy when my work makes an impact on the requestor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that if you are well prepared and organized, there will always be a team/place for you at the company.

The most positive thing about the culture at LG is that inter-department communication can be very effective in making change if you just initiate the conversation
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I guess "the leadership" means upper management, apart from my direct manager and team leader. I think there has been consistent communication through email about LG's ongoing transition to becoming a smart life solutions company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no way to concretely evaluate the leadership since there aren't really any "all hands on deck" meetings or town halls. I only know what's going on by the little my team leader shares. Transparency would be beneficial.
