What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More pay or less tasks. I am ok with a heavy work load if the salary reflects this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite no direction and always being pulled a thousand different directions at the last minute the team comradery is high.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not overworking salary employees with tasks that are unattainable in an 8 hour day. Having to do 2 weeks worth of work every week to stay somewhat caught up. Absolutely no life/work balance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid by other departments as well as mind for the tasks I do for them. Constantly doing factory and quality control inspections as a technical advisor/trainer. I am paid to be a TA not IQC.
