What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Benefits available to the employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most are very professional and strive to always put out superior work. Very strong work ethics.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication in English, meeting and trusting their people. Understanding sometimes it can't happen just the way they think it should be. Non-technical people not understanding technical theories and practices.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers need to talk ( and understand) their employees and listen to their concerns. Quality should go back to being our main concern and not whatever the new buzz word of the day is.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay raises that reflect your worth and being moved into the higher bonus pool. Managing a program/process but constantly being told you are not a manager but you have more responsibilities than some managers. KPI's that don't reflect what you actually do.
