What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are all dealing with the same poor leadership. It makes me feel like I am not alone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This place is so negative and so toxic. There are never any praises, only discipline. I feel like I never do anything correct. I hate it here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working 3 different people's jobs currently. I only received a 5% raise, when I should have been promoted or given at least a $30k raise! I do not feel appreciated!!!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speak fluent English or have a real translator. Don't change goals without informing us. No more lying! We could also use better training. This is a very toxic place to work. I am seeing this place affect a lot of my co-workers. It's effecting everyone's physical and mental health.
