We set goals and often our daily work does not contribute to those goals. Stressful , always must produce a number to prove our work or result. Often after sending reports they are never read. I have to send reports just for sake of sending a report. Every 3 to 5 years there is a management change.

We work together for the common good and directive of the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding how the American Culture not only from an employer but also from a customer standpoint.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can not think of anything positive right now except that I am getting paid to come to a job .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
LG culture needs to change when it comes to understanding and accepting the current American workforce dynamic and changes being accepted. There are many companies that have embraced work from home. However LG still has conflicting direction . Some employees get to all the time and others do not .
