Good people that are very undervalued and have been ignored to the point that now most do not try to contribute any longer due to being ignored.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen at least some of the time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Great company, I love the company, but the management needs a lot of attention.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a great amount of talent and skill but it's never listened too by management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Create a team work environment verses a who can I blame environment. Management has no idea what Leadership is. Manage assets but Lead people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Job descriptions' and duties are changed every few weeks and planning is so poor, some of the time the manager requires you to be in two states doing two different things at the same time. Only so many times can raises be 2% and cost of living goes up 8%.
