It has been a challenging and educational experience in my position. But appropriate Improvements and solutions to major issues are often disregarded to save money that doesn't need to be saved. Or manpower that is necessary is not added giving those responsibilities to people who are already busy.

When I finish everything on my "to do" list for the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very focused on tracking countermeasures for defects and issues and ensuring that they are the appropriate solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is very low for the amount of job roles and responsibilities placed on individuals. I am currently fulfilling the roles that 3 or more people should be doing and am only getting paid for one.
