I started as EHS admin, three months later I was promoted to Facility Manager. The company allows me to get things done at my own pace and it's no one micromanaging me.

We have 0 misses meaning we get everything done on time and correct the first time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have come a long way together and we are making so much progress towards our company goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
To know that I've done most of the work alone pertaining to the physical look inside our building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have several certifications and I also was moved into a different position which pays at least 80k yearly salary and I only get 62k. I am one of the top performers at my job and I expect more compensation. 80k for a Facility Manager is what I seek.
