The onboarding process (3 years ago) was the most confusing I have experienced with limited resources available to feel more acclimated to the enviornment. Since the start of my time here, resources to understand the overall business, systems, required approvals, community, remain limited.

Show employee appreciation more readily, create a more positive culture vs everything being negative.

Getting to impact change, although slower than i would like, we are able to move things forward.

Enhanced bonus structure, less cultural division, inclusion of subsiderary offices, more 'perks' ie: Cellphone allowance, logoed items/thank you gifts.
