I have been at LG 10+ years and clearly enjoy it. We are doing a great job - however, we need to start focusing on how to attract the next generation of talent. People are looking for more flexibility, hybrid working, and more PTO. While we have made some progress - there is room for more.

Coworkers, celebrating accomplishments and achieving big things. Our brand makes me very proud.

My particular team is very diverse and has a great teamwork culture to it.

We are compensated fairly at LG as sales leaders. Bonus structure is fair and easy to understand.

Most people want to do big things and drive LG to increase market share. People have strong can do attitudes and want to see success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The current leadership team of directors is as strong as I have ever seen it at LG. A good mix of outside experience and homegrown executive talent. When given the tools, they can make decisions that benefit the company.
