Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I am new to LG. I am excited for the team that I work with but there is a lack in training. There are so many elements of the company that I still am unclear about and there is no simple way to find out how to reach out to these folks. Systems training is terrible.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Support, partnership, friendly, aligned with goals

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

people want to succeed and work together to achieve goals

What makes you most happy at work?

the ability to influence positive outcome and gain new distritubiton. Drive sales growth

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They listen and open to new ways of doing things. Additionally they offer support to help expedite actiions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe the salary is a bit low compared to the marketplace. I also believe that felxible friday's should be offered more than 6 times in a summer. Employees work way above 40 hours per week, flex Fridays (or summer hours) are a good perk to help mitigate burn out.
