I have been with the company for some time now. It was amazing to see the transformation. However, there are some things that the parent company administers globally that affect the way we do business here. As a tech/electronics company, we should be leading in this category for our employees.

The company is great, but the North America team and Korea need to work better. There are many cookie-cutter policies and changes that often do not align with how the business units are ran here in the states. We often find ourselves taking steps back and ruining relationships we've built.

Every company has its peaks and valleys. You need to have patience, understanding, and special skills to workaround issues. I believe the people that stayed here know and understand that. From this, I have learned to put emotions aside and focus on problem solving.

The employees are mostly accommodating and friendly.

Many understand the internal frustrations but continue to move forward.

I believe it is a rich program compared to other companies.

I am happy when I see my team grow personally and professionally. It's bonus to see inventory.

The company naturally cares about its staff. It has a rich history of making sure the employees are taken care of.

LG is among the top when offering benefits among the other companies. They offer competitive, if not, better packages in whole against the rest.

HR and the Executive team do a great job of providing benefits and perks for the staff. LG NA truly cares about its people.

We have great people in our department that genuinely care about the company and its growth. I consider many to be friends outside of work.

Our new leadership seems to be changing some of our old processes that have held us back. We often get in the way of our own growth and this is welcoming to see.

There is definitely drive within the organization to be number 1. However, there are many external factors that prohibit our management team from growing, often self-inflicted. This lowers the trust and motivation for the workers so who often hear of change only to find out the plans are cut short
