
There is a dissention between the "Koreans" and the "Non-Koreans" and it is clear throughout the building.
My team has remained strong while working from home this last year. They communicate and help each other out.
I feel undervalued the most at my 1:1 meeting followup. I am told by my direct manager that I am doing a phenomenal job. I also tell my employees how well of a job they are doing and mark them highly. However, it seems somebody always re-grades and takes our scores down a letter grade. It's unfair!
