What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unfortunately there aren't a lot of positives about the culture and the environment about LG. There is a significant amount of pressure and expectations given to everyone and it can sometimes be unbearable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
LG creates many issues with it's extremely stringent policies and constant scrutiny of all of us. There is a Big Brother atmosphere at LG where employees feel as though we are being watched constantly.
