A tale 2 cultures in one company. HA is progressive, smart, go getter, aspirational, open. HE is territorial, steeped in legacy thinking, old school operations (HQ leads, locals follow) averse to change, inherently passive disguised as thoughtful. w/o tech superiority, HE is LG mobile company

Compensation upside is bonus which can be arbitrarily taken away. Comp not up to par with similar position within companies of the same scale and depth.
