Need to have a shared Customer Centric Focused KPI among all BU within the company. Too many Silo's. 20% of everyone's KPI shoudl be tied to sales growth and company profitability.
Comperable pay for comperable responsibilities. Was nto able to be compensated at same level as predecessor or other equivalent existing team members when promoted due to LG internal movement policies as it relates to increases.
