What are some of the best things about your team?

We stand together. We are relationship builders and market movers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Compensation timeliness and competitiveness would be a huge step forward.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Timeliness and fair attainment levels. 80% cutoff in an uncertain market is ridiculous. If LG wants to keep our talent we need to pay the talent to keep performing. When factors outside of sales control happen (like shortages in supply), LG needs to adjust targets back to reality.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Company points to sales to solve all things and takes no ownership in other departments to fix problems. We are plagued with finance dept KPIs in direct opposition to logic, company success and customer relationships. Also, IT challenges -Cloud, email platform and reporting capabilities are all bad
