Benefits and equity grants are archaic and not modernized. Salaries and compensation grading based on scale, not performance or contribution

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership gives no clear direction, we react to everything instead of having a plan, old technology, processes and misinformed people.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It is nearly impossible to get anything done with any resemblance of speed. Meetings to plan meetings occur. Culture of fear.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are some of the nicest people in the world, but most of them have only ever worked for Lowe's and don't have any perspective.
