Most of the regular employee are ok, having some actual guidance instead of being talked down to constantly would help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company doesn't pay what is remotely a living wage and the management is borderline abusive. Worst company I've ever worked for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Tone of voice makes a world of difference when talking to employees, our management talks down to us, it's condescending and awful.
