What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better team work and less selfishness. Better training is really needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Since I’ve been there they consistently take away small things. Make moral low.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the hourly rate is fair. I didn’t need health insurance because I have it through my spouse but that is not offered for part timers. You can get stock options and a 401k if you are part time which is very good. They also give you holidays and vacations after you have been there 6 months
