I love being surrounded by the tools and supplies, but of all, I love helping customers with their projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the management style, as it is reflected in flexibility, scheduling, tasking, et. al. My experience has been one of appreciation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would consider the package to be better than fair, when comparing Lowe's to other businesses in the same category. There is promise that the package will will increase in size and scope, as the economic variables change.
