It's decent work environment, not enough benefits to the trouble to keep me here though.

Communication, Dictation, Team work, Following through with messaging, supporting the floor in all aspects
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment itself is decently positive with store parties and 'rewards' for achieving high expectations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers and assisting the customers in need. Solving problems that people may not know they've had until they come in to the store.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team is all very similar with same life structures so they are all easy to get along with, and very understanding of the stresses of the job as well as with personal matters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working at a maximum allowed 29 hours a week in part time, the benefits are nearly invisible. Hourly pay rate is measley and the conditions are less than satisfactory for the low pay and low benefits package.
