What makes you most happy at work?

fixing problems that no one else seems to be able to fix.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

don't sugar coat changes and struggles, stop trying to create MORE forms of communication and just stick to one!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work in a position that just absorbed all of the duties of an eliminated position without any benefit compensation.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

their work load has become too heavy of a burden and they are spread too thin to adequately support the employees under them.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

better method of determining raises (right now everyone gets a flat 3% raise no matter the quality of their work). Everyone pulling their weight (employees discovered napping should be fired immediately).
