I am liked, have many friends coming in and always learning new things. The managers do not talk down to you

I was made comfortable and no intimidation

equal pay and not treating seniors the way they do

Customer Satisfaction and myself and all other associates being a part of it!!!

The ASM was open, honest and very friendly and positive. Made me feel very important

TEAMWORK!!! Family oriented and everyone smiles and greets each other with a s,mile. It's GREAT
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a cutomer happy that they found their product and are leaving with a smile. Changing frowns to smiles is heartwarming
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even when you make a mistake, you are followed by something positive. High fives and great job, great customer service, etc. Makes me want to smile wider and juse exude positivity. It does work because I have very loyal customers that have found me, leaving the orange store
What are some of the best things about your team?
Having a wee problem getting two new employees to get into team work. Takes time. I open 3-4 days a week and I know who closed the night before for sure. Sad, it puts me behind and this is very upsetting as I forget to take a break and sometimes even my lunch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Beings that Lowe's is family oriented I look forward to going to work. There is very little stress and NO back stabbing as in other jobs I have had, Special accomodations are made for us when need be and going above and beyond is something they never think twice about. PERFECT PLACE TO WORK
