Valuing their loyal employees that give 100% everyday and raise the pay scale.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The corporate culture leaves employees wondering if they will have a job the next day. The customers are sick of computerized schedules that leave departments void of help.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of us strive to work hard and make our store a great place to shop. New hires actually do not care. They are only there for the check.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I haven't had a raise in two years and their little 1% they gave does not keep up with the cost of living. i am now forced to work overnight without a pay increase , find another position or leave. The deductibles on the insurance and the cost for employees keeps rising but my pay does not.
