The people who interview you interact with you and find out about you as a person.

The team in my store works great as a team and gives great leadership in all aspects, they also care about you as a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises should be merit based as well as yearly. A person with more knowledge should be able to make more than some other person with less knowledge.
