What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Be more attentive, and upbeat with customers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Nothing. They drop the ball more often then not.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Progressive, they allow us to dress comfortably and piercings and such are not frowned upon

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like we aren't paid nearly enough for the amount of work we do.

What did you like most about the interview process?

That it was one on one, the manager was patient with me when I said I hadn't interviewed for a job in a while and m nevers were getting the best of me.
