What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was pretty basic with STAR questioning format.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better communication and training, more inner office promotions and annual raises.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Team work is promoted not just while working but with group kudos and pitch ins of food gatherings.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I work with highly personable and a great group of people who are intelligent and big hearted albeit a little to self sacrificing to their demise.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Once your hired in; there is little opportunity for change in position with what seems to be a desire to pull new people off the street instead of training those already on payroll.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I realize that it can be said for most places of work but communication outside of cliques and better training that isn't readily glossed over would go along way to improve working situations. *Coming from a 3rd yr employee who has seen 30 coworkers (mostly long-timers) leave from hopelessness.
