It was great until they dropped the commission program you went from making 100,000 to 30,000 in five days. So you now have order takers they do not know what they’re talking about they only know how to ring you out And shake their head up and down

401k and health care are both suitable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They let everybody go they dropped their commission for an extra discount on their appliances directly from the manufacturer!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I knew the manager from my previous job and he was fired so he gave me the better position to not tell on him
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They could bring back the commission program and incentives and actually hire people again who care about what they are selling and care about their customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lowes was the best place i worked. Until they choose to let everyone go in there actually knew anything and then hired people at half the price
