I like working there. But there is an uneven work load and illegal withholding of breaks due to favoritism. This is true on alkay drive. There needs to be less gossip and more communication about procedures and customer satisfaction

There is uneven work and favoritism, at the Lowes on alkay drive I know.

Better communication from upper level management to lower level management, and from them to floor employees
