What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works really hard to get the job done. They're all really positive and willing to put in the effort to meet individual and team goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lowe's offers mental health benefits as well as your standard health care. The mental health ones are amazing bc you can use them for yourself or any member of your family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy continued learning and Lowe's offers so many resources to all associates to learn more about everything from our internal business to external resources. They do a great job building out programs at Lowe's University as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The whole interview process is always nerve wrecking, however, with Lowe's it felt more like a personal conversation with a friend than anything else. The recruiter was always easy to talk to and answered my emails within a reasonable timeframe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and honest about the status of our company and keep everyone informed of decisions. The leadership team holds weekly podcasts so all associates have access to the most up-to-date information. Also, they're investing heavily in the future of Lowe's.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people - every person has a great story of how they got there, what they've accomplished and how they'll continue to grow. It's incredible humbling to know how many associates go out of their way to help fellow associates and our communities.
