What would you improve about your company's interview process?

There isn't anything to improve except timeliness

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. Leadership at Lowe's is manipulative, petty and childish

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There isn't really anything positive, Lowe's is a terrible company to work for

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lowe's doesn't treat employees like people with rights. It's pretty clear what can be improved

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I get paid for one job but i do multiple jobs, including positions that are traditionally paid more than i am. An end to underhanded money saving tactics would make me feel better
