It is a pleasure working for this company overall. The only negative thing I could say is my fear of the new CEO and changes happening might deteriorate the quality of good employees Lowes has.

Helping out the customers and doing big sales.

Most of the team works good together and truly helps each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish that all sales jobs had commission or at least other money incentives.

Most of them are willing to work with you when it comes to helping out and scheduling.
