Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits used to be great. Now prices have gone up and coverage has gotten worse. Pay is subpar taking away spifs, bonus?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management needs to be retrained. He needs to come back to stores. Not being in store employees do not feel heard, and are uncomfortable making claims through phone interactions. Managers now feel they can do anything without repercussions, because of lack of HR in store.
