Stop eliminating positions and making those of us who are left do their jobs!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I'm going to do the jobs of 4 other people I should be paid a little more.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They needed a position filled, and I could do it, so they hired me. Its not like that anymore.
