What are some of the best things about your team?

My fellow hourly coworkers are fantastic. Everybody helps everybody, very team-based environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Easy to get hired. The turnover is super high so they hire anybody.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being paid more than 11$ / hour for being trained in multiple departments. Being able to afford benefits (I haven't been to a doctor in years) and actually being rewarded financially for good work

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop outsourcing jobs and stop implementing nonsense schedules hat prevent people from being home with families around holidays. The work/life balance here is about 95/5. Need to increase base pay make working here financially gainful.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better pay, better and more consistent predictable scheduling, full staffing, managers that actually try to fix problems instead of brush them under the rug . A CEO who doesn't see workers as expendable to please shareholders.
