I worked their for lowes for 1 1/2 years the first couple months were good i didn't know who my manager was until 2 months into the job and now the moral is bad, no one is happy, managers dont do anything. and if i didnt need this job i would have already left

nothing the place is not a very good environment

make sure they will work instead of just hiring a body to put on the floor

We work together in the horrible state of management and bad changes we have to deal with
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers that help their associates instead of treating them like cattle while they sit in their office and play around
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dont give these people who just start with no experience more money than people who worked there for years. and give them a better raise im not gonna work myself to death for a whole year for 20 cents
