They lied and made it sound like a great place to work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management needs to be respectful of the employees and treat them like human beings not cattle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no compensation that is worth the treatment and degradation. They expect you to forget about your family. There is absolutely no work/home balance allowed.

The meetings are pointless. They tell you one thing to make them look good, but then they never follow through. There are nice people there, but you can’t be in
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company is so ridiculous if you are not a minority. For a hardware store, they sure do hate men who are their biggest customer group. Management harasses and discriminated against men.
