It's close to home with average pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Collaboration and Hiring/Promoting more women.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Meeting members of the team, not just direct supervisor.

What makes you most happy at work?

Accomplishing our team goals and working with a wonderful team.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Reorganize the entire marketing department and get rid of toxic employees, including VP.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My team is wonderful. Many are now leaving because the culture has turned sour.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They were AS A TEAM and look after each other so that the best work can be done by all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Stock benefits to Directors and above are good, but don't vest for 3 years. Salaries are lower than all other jobs in the area. Bonuses are not achievable.
