Very negative, my managers were rude and disrespectful as well as over demanding. I had one weekend off the entire year and a half I was there. Benefits were great, but pay was terrible. Customers were horrible as well

My team was easy going and we always helped each other no matter what as well as look after each other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store was always understaffed, there was no pay raises, if you needed time off they expected you to know a month or more ahead of time, better management and better store manager
