Lumen (formerly CenturyLink) Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is the best part about your compensation

Review from IT Dept

Money money money money money

Dental health vision hearing medical

Review from Admin Dept

Unlimited vacation time, however good luck actually taking it! There's not enough people to cover for you when you're out for more than a couple days.

5% of my salary annual benefit

Review from Sales Dept

Aside from salary, the incentives

Great benefits, great pay, lots of PTO

Unlimited flexible paid Time off

Enough paid time off annually

MONTHLY CONTRUBITION THAT SUPPORTS MY FINANCIAL NEEDS

Review from Communications Dept

There is no cap for overperforming.

Review from Sales Dept

We are paid well for the work we do.

Love that im covered first day of employment on healthcare.

Review from Finance Dept

It is very very good

Retirement benefits that exist for long term employees. Recent hires have fewer benefits.

Its average nothing special about it

we are paying alot more for healthcare

That I get one, and I'll be out of this company when I get it.

wages near 36 usd are fair for the level of work.

That I at least have a meager one

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Im paid less than others while doing more.

Review from Operations Dept

By simply letting me do my job! I've forgotten more than most mgrs here will ever know. Compensation needs to be more than once every 8 yrs and get people to the top of their tier levels.

Missing real needs. River walks

Compensation was good Sr Managers and Directors are poor leaders

Less bonuses for Chief officers and more credit and compensation for employees.

Higher wage increases, better information, a working Human Resources Dept.

Medical and dental continued to out pace our compensation.

Pay raises that are above the inflation rate and bonuses

Better benefits, competitive 401 matching

Not being paid minimum wage

The executive team simply don't value their employees. We are told over and over again there will be no raises, not even as cost of living skyrockets. People are leaving and not being backfilled. Getting promoted if you are sub-vp level is impossible. Pay is much much less than industry norms.

A pay raise none in five years

Our benefits, compared to other tech companies, is ok. Pay is pretty fair but hard to really "blow out your numbers" so better "additional" benefits - fitness, memberships, etc. would be nice.

Review from Sales Dept

I had 15 years experience that was not valued and was not paid for that experience.

Review from Customer Support Dept

pay more get less every year

While they rake in millions each of unearned bonuses, JS had the nerve to say “he doesn’t believe in giving unearned bonuses”, so we even lost our 250.00 Christmas bonus, yet this dude gets millions several times a year & hasn’t earned 1 dim

benifits are not aligned with similar sized companies and employyes are not incented to exceed or achieve.

Just a number on a soread sheet thats all i am. They woukd pay minimum wage if it was not for the union.

Review from Operations Dept

No just to do a better job not well I can't get things done I just give up

Salary is not honest to what it is supposed to be
