Literally everything needs improvement. From coaching to management, to those above them.
Appreciate the excellence at every level
Telling the truth to their employees
The Executives at Lumen are about taking for themselves.

Understand the need to fix process and procedures and treat emoloyees with dignity.
Im paid less than others while doing more.

By simply letting me do my job! I've forgotten more than most mgrs here will ever know. Compensation needs to be more than once every 8 yrs and get people to the top of their tier levels.
Missing real needs. River walks
Compensation was good Sr Managers and Directors are poor leaders
Less bonuses for Chief officers and more credit and compensation for employees.
Work and earn their paycheck
No one cooperates, a few carry the whole team
Started with 17 techs. When I left only 2 techs left.
Training is needed to level the field.
Review from Operations Dept
To be allowed to do their job with the expertise they have.
Replace the entire management from the top down.
Review from Operations Dept
Exceptance of the job that we are doing with what we are given to do the job
Hope is sorely lacking. Rank and file do not trust management
Fundamental change from the CEO. We need a new culture that does not pit one employee or internal group against another. There is no cooperation at Lumen, everyone is out for themselves because that is how you get paid.
Show that you actually value and care about the culture, about the employees you have working for you.
Nothing specific to state here.

Stop using PearsonVue to interview anyone for any position. Computers don't hire people. People hire people.

I interview with Northwestern Bell. This question is irrelevant.
Improve the response time between stages. If an employee applies and is a good match and or will be interviewed, don't wait 2 to 3 weeks before reaching out to them. The job market is not only competitive, but it also looks bad on the company.
Review from Sales Dept
The old manager who interviewed me was extremely disorganized. Since I started working there, they insisted my job title was something completely different from the title on my contract and the job I was offered. They were not honest about the scope of the role at all.
Management needs to all befired at the VP and up level, and competent engineering focused management brought in

Communication across the board and follow up needs to happen.
Clueless leaders who specialize in bankruptcy need to be fired and new people brought in.
Customers can't reach customer service and when they do, they can't understand foreign accents. Communication is TERRIBLE.
instead of cutting costs to make money, how about offering a quality product, fiber to the home should have happened 20yrs ago.
rationalization of product portfolio (there are over 300)
Process and systems
