It's a great place to be working, from leadership, colleagues, to the projects I get to work on. The open office is difficult to be productive in. If working from home were more encouraged I think I would be more productive on those days and be more fulfilled because of it.

Relaxed enough we can have fun together at work.

They are fun people to be around and know how to work hard to get things done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personal. Care about me as a person. I also believe they know how to keep the company growing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the pay is the best, next is that premium's are paid, but I really like all the small things like the bidets, lunch, haircut, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we are able to have a big win. I love closing a big deal and being a part of that and being recognized for it.
