What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company parties are fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not believe I'm fairly compensated for the responsibility that has been placed on me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being open and honest. Getting things finished that have been started rather than dragging it out over years. This put the warehouse employee at a sever disadvantage.
