Our team is more like a family than a team, i look forward to coming into work because everyone has a outgoing personality even if we have bad weeks i feel coming in and interacting with our team makes us leave work in a better mood.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued but do feel i do alot and execute for the company and i feel if rates start at a resonable living wage where we dont have to feel like paychecks dont reflect the work and time we dedicate to build the company strong and successful as its been.
