What makes you most happy at work?
Having a new project to work on or something different about the daily happenings. Also lunch is delicious.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Focused on growth of the employee, not just the company. But company growth could be slowed down just a tad to focus on perfecting what we do now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better PTO and pay comparable to the same jobs across the US. Sometimes I feel like we get paid less because we live in a lower cost of living environment.. Might as well work remote.
