It has been great, but the clear path forward and my career advancement is severely lacking.

What are some of the best things about your team?

An overall well-rounded group with interesting and diverse backgrounds.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The benefits are good, however, I believe the executive team views some of the perks and benefits. So I think that holds raises back.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making money and a difference in life. I look forward to making money so that I can provide for my wife and my children.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understand that the cost of living has risen where we live and that the company is doing well, so they can afford to pay employees more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to know the value the executive team places on the "perks" and/or benefits because the salaries do not match up with other companies and what they are paying. I was told that Malouf does not start people as high but raises people. I have yet to see the raise equate to the discussion.
