I love Malouf and the values, and my overall experience is very positive! I do think Malouf has grown very fast and it has been hard to catch up which has caused pain points, such as a lack of upward mobility, constantly shifting goals and initiatives, unexperienced managers, and uncompetitive pay.

They are very down to earth and willing to engage with employees and make an effort to be approachable

My team is very easy to work with, we align on goals and initiatives, and we are all friendly with each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the pay is not competitive to similar companies and it is certainly no longer proportional with the rapidly rising cost of living in Cache Valley.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits package, especially with the updated PTO policy, is a huge positive. Having insurance premiums covered and more personal days makes a huge difference. I think everyone strives to be friends at Malouf which is a huge plus as well.
