What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This company is filled with good people, which makes for a overall positive environment despite our setbacks.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is full of positive, wonderful people. We've been stretched pretty thin this year, but we continue support each other, often taking on work to help those who are slammed.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love interacting with my coworkers. We keep pretty busy, but I love when we can occasionally come up for air to laugh and joke with each other. I stay for my team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Malouf was unable to offer raises this year, which is rough for those who took on extra work and responsibilities. People in my field are already underpaid at Malouf vs. other employers. ANY attempt at compensation, including non-monetary benefits like a little more time off, would help.
