My team is the best! It's filled with the most kind, generous, fun, and talented people I know. We work well together, and problem solve together really well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are generally paid at a locally competitive level. But in order to keep getting talent, I believe employees should be compensated at a more nationally competitive level. Especially considering the amount of remote jobs available now.
